Verify Condition
Ensure that all decks are in their original, unopened cellophane wrapping and that the tuck cases are free from any damage or dents.

Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack the cards securely in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent shifting or crushing during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to our team; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
